Name the manufacturer you require, or state whether an alternative may be proposed.
Full manufacturer part number
Complete part number including package and temperature suffix.
Packaging type
Reel, tape and reel, tray, tube, bulk or ESD-protective packaging for pick-and-place lines.
Date-code requirements
A minimum date code or an acceptable window, if your incoming inspection sets one.
Lot information
Batch and lot details where your process or your own customer requires them.
Traceability documentation
Supply chain documentation according to what the product and order allow.
RoHS documentation
RoHS declarations where required for the finished assembly.
REACH documentation
REACH declarations and SVHC information on request.
Country-of-origin information
Origin details for customs classification and import documentation.
Inspection photographs
Photographs before shipment, quantity verification or a documented visual check.
